PRESIDENT'S
MESSAGE

At Viktoria Soccer Club, we are deeply committed to providing an accessible, inclusive, and welcoming soccer environment for all participants.

We believe that every individual, regardless of their background or abilities, should have the opportunity to engage in the sport they love and experience the joy of soccer.  We are dedicated to removing barriers that may limit participation and ensuring that our club is open and inclusive to all. We strive to create an atmosphere where everyone feels valued, respected, and embraced for who they are.  To achieve this, we actively promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout our club. We celebrate the uniqueness of each individual and encourage a culture of acceptance and understanding. Discrimination, harassment, and any form of exclusionary behavior have no place within our club, and we work diligently to foster an environment where everyone feels safe and supported.

We recognize that inclusivity goes beyond just physical accessibility. We are committed to providing accommodations and support for individuals with diverse needs, including but not limited to physical, sensory, cognitive, or emotional requirements. Our goal is to ensure that everyone can participate fully and enjoy the sport in a manner that suits their abilities.

We continually strive to educate ourselves and our community on inclusivity matters, actively seeking opportunities to learn, grow, and challenge any biases or prejudices. We encourage open dialogue, feedback, and suggestions from all participants to help us create an even more inclusive soccer experience.  By upholding these values and principles, we aim to create a soccer club that is a shining example of inclusivity, where individuals of all backgrounds, abilities, genders, orientations, and identities can come together to share their passion for the game.

Together, we can build a soccer community that embraces diversity, fosters equality, and creates a truly enriching and inclusive experience for all participants.
